I Assist Your Biz was founded by Andrea Busch in 2011 to partner with small and medium sized businesses dealing with German business partners to give them a competitive edge when tendering on the German market and to provide on-going support when the order has successfully been received.

Recognising that companies might not always need a new staff member but someone with specialised skills and experience, we offer cost effective services tailored to the company’s needs.

With over 15 years corporate experience as a project assistant, in customer liaison and as a translator, our passion for assisting busy project managers and business owners is a great asset and you can rely on our hands-on approach of getting the tasks done.

Although English is the lingua franca in the business world, sometimes it is necessary to communicate and produce documents in German as well, e.g. when placing a tender or to ensure that the content is available to all relevant partners without getting lost in (bad) web-translation.

I Assist Your Biz endeavours to ensure that information is made readily available in both languages, English & German, be it in documents, letters and emails, on databases, even in meetings via telephone, Skype or face-to-face.

In addition we can assist with understanding and following regulations set by the authorities and how to overcome cultural differences when dealing with SMEs, corporations and government bodies.
