BeMyVA announces the first details for the VA Awards 2014

Date: 08-Mar-2014 12:00

BeMyVA are proud to announce the initial details of the VA Awards for 2014.

The VA Award Grand Finals will be held in November 2014 in the London area, as part of the program for the 2014 VA Conference with a number of new initiatives for next year(specific date and venue will be announced soon).

In response to the feedback from Virtual Assistants that we have spoken to, from many areas and countries, we are looking to develop a structure in the UK and Republic of Ireland that can be more inclusive and recognise the extensive range of skills and pool of talent that BeMyVA knows to exist.

So, rather than just one set of awards at the annual VA Conference, we are taking the awards on the road! There will be Regional and National Awards to be won.

The Award ceremonies will frequently be held in conjunction with other events to provide a bridge to a new platform to engage with the business community. Our continuing goal is to promote the role and value of Virtual Assistants to the global corporates, entrepreneurs and the SME business networks.

We are encouraged by the feedback that we have had so far, and we now call on all Virtual Assistant communities and networks to support this new initiative that can, in our view, help to significantly raise the awareness of the enormous value of Virtual Assistants to the business world, and the benefits of a professional flexible workforce in managing the continually evolving global economic conditions of the future.

The VA Conference web site will become available by 6th January 2014. Please follow @vaconference and @bemyva for updates on Twitter.
