Featured Virtual Assistant - Emma Jones of My Little Angel, Mid-Glamorgan, UK

Emma Leah Jones is first and foremost an entrepreneur. Having set up her own business by the time she was 16 years old, too young to have a business bank account and drive a car, Emma beat the odds to build a thriving Balloon Decorating and Party business which she was able to sell in 2004 after using the business to pay her way through a degree course in Business Management.

It was at University that Emma discovered she had exceptional organisational, social and business skills and wanted to use them in order to help businesses grow. After working for various companies Emma had gathered enough information about business types, management styles and office organisation to be able to offer her services as an Executive Personal Assistant and later an Executive Virtual Assistant.

Throughout her journey Emma has helped organisations such as the NHS South West Cancer Network to organise their administration team, offices and other Director’s Personal Assistants, in order to be more streamlined and efficient. Emma also implemented a training programme for administration staff that wanted to become Personal Assistants.

Furthermore Emma has helped small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed by giving them the tools to organise their business, their offices, filing systems, booking systems and created comprehensive office management documents for their staff.

This hard work has not been unrewarded as Emma was announced runner up at Times and Hays PA of the Year Awards in 2010 and Executive PA Magazine’s Upcoming PA of the Year 2009/10.

Going forward Emma manages her own Virtual Assistant business, My Little Angel, this is not a big business with lots of staff but it allows Emma to work for clients all over the World in doing what she does best, managing business, organisation and planning. Emma is available for remote Executive PA work, onsite office organisation and administration teams training for better office organisation. Emma is always happy to discuss opportunities that aide businesses or the roles of administrators, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants and Virtual Assistants.
